Hello Crafters,
Intro to Cr-After Hours register now for 1st class on March 5, 2024.
Here is the skinny:
- 1 hour to 2 hour virtual classes
- Techniques, organization, small projects, etc.
- Register on-line, pick-up kit in the store,
- Join via Zoom link and create.
- All classes will be recorded
Future offerings
- Offering a later time option for other time zones
- Packaging all the kits for the month to avoid multiple shipments and pickups throughout the month (although we love to see you).
- Offering shipping

Something NEW to try with the Spellbinders BetterPress LetterPress and more use
Heat embossing with the BetterPress plates
- Ink up the plates with an embossing ink pad on the BetterPress plate form, just as you would if you were using a colored ink.
- Set up paper on the plate and sandwich per machine instructions
- Removed pressed paper from the plate and pour embossing powder over stamped image.
- Heat embossing powder per powder instructions.
Recommendations:
- Use a Superfine Embossing Powder
- 100lb-110lb smooth cardstock is recommended (the ink stays on the surface better and you will get more coverage (sticking) with the embossing powder
